Do you and your loved ones have any chronic symptoms? Mold exposure can be a factor in causing a great variety of health problems.
I’ve experienced a great deal of pain and disability because of mold. In my case, doctors misdiagnosed me for years, instead diagnosing my symptoms as ADHD, Depression, PTSD, Adrenal Insufficiency, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, and more…
The collective understanding of the human body is advancing swiftly, and we are learning that mold presents a greater threat than had previously been recognized. Despite being invisible, mold is extremely dangerous, and can silently deteriorate our health and well-being without us ever suspecting it. Environmental biotoxins, such as the mycotoxins produced by mold, are now understood to be a leading contributor, if not prime cause, in many illnesses previously deemed to be of genetic origin. Mold exposure can result in long-term systemic dysregulation, even after leaving the source of exposure, that produces many non-specific symptoms.

There is no vitamin, supplement, or biohack that can take the place of clean air!
We need to periodically test our living environments (home, car, office) in order to ensure we have a mold-free environment. To help you, I’ve outlined the most cost-effective way to do it below!

Important tips for performing the mold tests
- You will leave each agar petri dish from Immunolytics open to the air for 60 minutes.
To maintain the low cost of this test it is essential that you do not allow humans or pets in the room immediately before or during the test. My family learned first-hand that if you have high levels of Candida in your body (most Americans do), simply breathing over the dish after you’ve opened it can contaminate the sample. Without this precautionary step, should your plates show growth, you wouldn’t know it was from mold from the room, or if you or your pets contaminated the sample!
2. After 60 minutes, you’ll close and secure each dish using the included adhesive. Then store the dishes inside the included foil bag for one week. After 5-7 days, pull them out to inspect them using Immunolytics’ self-analysis guide to evaluate mold growth.

If any of the petri dishes show high levels of mold growth, you have the option to pay for lab analysis that can tell you what types of mold grew in the sample. Immunolytics’ analysis fee includes a complimentary consultation call. This can be very educational, particularly if you ask more questions. If you have no questions, they’ll just quickly run through the report. So, ask any burning mold questions you have and you can get some priceless tips!
If you find high levels of mold, I recommend using Pure Maintenance to eradicate it safely and affordably. You’ll still want to address any water leaks or HVAC issues that led to the mold growth in the first place of course.
A great website with many articles on dealing with mold is SinusitisWellness.com, created by ENT and specialist in fungal sinus infections, Dr. Donald Dennis, MD. His site is a treasure of information about mold and includes tips on what a professional mold inspection should include.
